As a full time artist working for myself and the sale of my original designs, doing custom pieces is often limited to creative interest, and weather your design is the right fit for my style of art

Custom pieces are done in the off season only (Fall & Winter)

Pricing: 

 

If you have a creative idea that I jive with, the discussion continues onto availability and pricing.  I price custom (personal) artwork in 2 categories

​

1. One of a kind:

If your design has any significant text or is something that either I don't think can be reproduced and sold or if it is personal and you don't want anyone else to have it... I charge $200/hour. 

For example: a one time - one of a kind piece that will be sold to only you.

I offer digital art and hand painted originals 

​

a $400 Deposit is required before I begin

​

2. Artist retains the commercial rights:

If I really love the idea of a project, I offer discounts for art that I make for you but also retain the commercial rights to

For example: you get the custom artwork (either digital or physical) that we agree upon but If this is something I think could be popular, I will print reproductions and sell them at in-person events, online, and more

​

This option allows you to get awesome custom art without the higher cost, just remember your piece will also be available to other customers

​

This option is available only to designs that I think truly rock!

I offer your custom piece digitally or in a hand painted original and prices will vary for this option but we will talk about it before I begin

Tattoo Designs:

MY DESIGNS ARE NOT TATTOOS

​

Please note, I am not a tattoo artist. My designs are only suitable for the medium in which I paint and print... PAPER & CANVAS

​

As a heavily tattooed person, and artist, I know that my art is far too detailed with thin fine lines that usually cannot be applied to the SKIN in the same way you see it

​

I also believe that most tattoo ARTISTS would rather create the design for you, rather than have you bring in my highly complicated artwork and expect them to figure out how to deconstruct it and still leave you happy with their alterations

​

I am truly honored that you want a custom tattoo drawn by me, or to have my art on your body, but please realize these are two entirely different artistic practices even though my art is akin to the tattoo world. I think of it that my speciality is to tattoo your walls, so please respect and allow your tattoo artist to create something special for you and do what they do best, tattoo your skin

​

Lastly, if you want to use my art as INSPIRATION for a tattoo... That is so cool and I love this idea for you. Please just be sure to approach with the aforementioned understanding that your artist will not trace this design, rather design something completely different that is inspired by my art and you will be respecting their creative process
